3565 - Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

I think this is an EA Sports ad card. There is an EA Sports logo in the corner. The German on the card translates to: Heroes Wanted! Oberhausen in located between Duisburg and Essen. In 1954 they began hosting the International Short Film Festival and is one of the oldest short film festivals in the world. Short films are 40 minutes or less.  Five hundred films out of about 7000 submissions are chosen each year to be shown at the festival.

Duisburg is a city in the Ruhr Metropolitan Area in western Germany. It became a major centre of iron, steel, and chemical industries in the late 1800s, and was bombed heavily in World War II became of it. It is the world's largest inland port, with 21 docks and 40 km of wharf.  Duisburg is home to the  Füchse Duisburg, who play in the Oberliga (third tier of ice hockey in Germany). They were founded in 1971 as the Duisburger SC. 

2448 - Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Duisburg is a city in the Ruhr Metropolitan area of just under a half a million people. It has the world's largest inland port.  Füchse Duisburg is the local hockey team and they play in the Oberliga, Germany's third tier of hockey.  Füchse Duisburg did earn a spot in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, but were regulated again in 2009.
