Jonias' card is a map card created as a tourism card.  Kaohsiung  高雄市  is the location of 85 Sky Tower. It was the tallest building in Taiwan until Taipei 101 was completed in 2004. The 85 Sky Tower is 347.5 meters, 378 meters with the antennae. Similar to a North American superstition that buildings do not have a 13th floor, 85 Sky Tower does not have a 44th floor. Tetraphobia is the practice of avoiding instances of the digit 4 and is common in East Asian countries. The building is mostly office space, but there is residential space, and a department store. The 85 Sky Tower Hotel - which ceased operations - occupies the 38-70 floors. There is an observation deck on the 74th floor. It is accessed with a high speed elevator which reaches speeds of 10.17 meters/second. The atrium extends from the 45th floor Shimmer Ballroom to the 83rd floor. It is one of the highest continuous atriums in the world.
