I think this is Ostrovul Mare Bridge which spans the Danube. It is an access bridge to the Ostrovu Mare Island and the Iron Gate II Hydroelectric Power Station, and is a local border crossing between Romania and Serbia.  The bridge is 360 meters long and is 240 meters at its highest.
