This comes from the Czech Republic but there aren't any clues as to what this photo is. There is the word festpielbezirk on the back which in German and Czech means "Festival Place." It is a cool painting.  Svinov is a town of 4300 people. Czech chess International Master, Jan Foltys was born here. He was awarded the International Master title in 1950. He never became a Grandmaster, but was ranked 17th in the world at his best.
