Sun Prairie is a suburb of Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin. There are about 36 000 people that call Sun Prairie home. The sender was an American who lived in Kyiv, Ukraine for 24 years. She mentions on her card that she has a good Canadian friend who was also a missionary, so I assuming she was in Ukraine as a missionary. She moved back to the United States during the Russo-Ukraine War.
