This is a great card. The painting in an oil on board entitled, Histories.  The back of the card is also covered in Olympics stamps for the 1996 Atlanta Summer Games.  The senders wanted me to know that Please know that we are not all crazy south of the border. Findlay is a city of about 40 000 in north west Ohio. It is 64 kilometres from Toledo.
