Sé  大堂區   the second largest peninsular district in Macau. It is named for   Igreja da Sé, a Roman Catholic cathedral - the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady, or in Portuguese,  Sé Catedral da Natividade de Nossa Senhora 澳門主敎座堂. There has been three versions of the cathedral. In 1623, it was a small wooden chapel. The second version was consecrated in 1850 by the Bishop of Macau, Jerónimo José da Mata. It was almost destroyed in a typhoon 24 years later. In 1937, the cathedral was completely rebuilt in concrete. 

The sender is actually from Belarus who was working in Macao at the time. She mentions she also lived and worked in Kazakhstan, rested in Russia and Vietnam, and then to Macao.  Her card is a painting of the Grand Lisboa  新葡京 Hotel. It is a 47-floor hotel in  Sé, a parish in Macao. It was fully opened in December 2008 and is a hotel, casino, and has several restaurants. There are 800 gaming tables and 1000 slot machines. It is the tallest bui lding in Macao and is a distinctive part of the skyline.
