A great tourist card that shows the Old City and it's clearly marked borders in Neumarkt in der Oberfalz. The area has had settlements as far back at the Neolithic period. The town itself is said to have been established in the 6th or 7th century by the Bavarii. The first mention of Neumarkt is assumed to be from the 12th century, but the first mention of the city in documents is from 1135.
Today the city has about 41 000 citizens and is located in south east Germany.
