3319 - Shangrao, Jiangxi, China

Shangrao  上饶市 is a city of 6.5 million people. Three major railways pass through Shangrao - the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway, and the Hefei-Fuzhou High-Speed Railway.  The Shanghai-Kunming Railway (Hukun Railway)  滬昆鐵路 is a major arterial railroad across eastern south central, and southwest China. It connect Shanghai and Kunming. It is almost 2700 km long and passes through 15 major cities.  Between Shanghai and Zhuzhou, the speed limit is 200 km/h/. Between Zhuzhou to Huaihua, the speed limit is 120 km/h. The entire line is electrified.  The Shanghai-Hunming High-Speed Railway runs parallel to the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, but does pass through four more provncial capitals - Hangzhou, Nanchang, Changsha, and Guiyang. 3318 - San Francisco, California, United States of America

The sender is from California, but the card is from Louisiana and shows a Bywater bedroom. Bywater is a neighbourhood of New Orleans. The Society of Saint Anne marching krewe starts their procession on Mardi Gras mroning in Bywater. It gathers marchers as it travels through the French Quarter, ending at Canal Street.  A krewe is a social organization that stages parades and/or balls for the Mardi Gras season in New Orleans.

3317 - Pekela, Groningen, Netherlands

Pekela is a small municipality of just over 12 000 people. It was created when the municipalities of Oude Pekela and Nieuwe Pekela were merged in 1990. The Pekel Aa River crosses through the municipality. 

3316 - Guangzhou, Guangdong, China

The sender says she has recently fallen in love with sport and loves to go hiking.  Guangzhou is home to Guangzhou FC. They were formed in 1954. They are the most powerful football club in China today. Between 2011 and 2017 they won seven consecutive Chinese Super League titles, and 2 Asian Football Confederation titles (2013 & 2015). They were relegated in 2022 and currently play in China League One. 

3315 - Munich, Bavaria, Germany

The Munich Marathon is an annual marathon hosted annually in Munich since 1983, and usually raced in October. It includes a full marathon, and half marathon, and a 10 km race. In 2021, 2489 racers finished the marathon.  The current title holders are: Alexander Hirschhäuser - Germany (men's marathon) Corinna Harrer - Germany (women's marathon) Thomas Kotissek - Germany (men's half marathon) Maria Kerres - Germany (women's half marathon) Maxmillian Thorwirth - Germany (men's 10k) Hanna Klein - Germany (women's 10k) Michael Kite of Kenya set the Munich Marathon record with a time of 2:09:46 in 2000, while Karlina Szabó of Hungary has the women's record at 2:33:09 in 1991. 

3314 - Austin, Texas, United States of America

Neat card of a Clif Bar package cut up to make a postcard. This one has Venus Williams on it. Venus Williams, of course, is famous in the tennis world as one of the best tennis players ever. She has won seven Grand Slam singles titles - five at Wimbeldon and two at the US Open. With her sister, Serena, they have won 14 major women's doubles titles, along with three Olympic gold medals. 

3313 - Berlin, Germany

The sender pointed out the football player on the German stamp, Fritz Walter. Walter was a West German football player and captain who won the FIFA World Cup in 1954. He played his entire career with FC Kaiserslautem. In 1985, FC Kaiserslautem's stadium was re-named Fritz-Walter Stadion. In 2005 the Fritz Walter Medal were created. They are a series of medals awarded to German Football Association youth players.
