Düsseldorf is the capital city and largest city of North Rhine-Westphalia with a population of 618 000. It is found at the confluence of the Rhine and of the 
Düssel. It has become a telecommunications centre in Germany with two of the four big German providers of mobile services found here. 

Düsseldorf EG plays in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL) and plays at the ISS Dome, which opened in 2006 and can seat 13 400 for hockey.  Düsseldorf EG  were founded in 1935 and have been the German champions 8 times, the last time in 1996. Three Canadians are a part of the Düsseldorf EG roster - Kyle Cumiskey (Abbotsford) who has played with Colorado Avalanche and the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (he won the Stanley Cup with Chicago in 2015), Modo and Skellefteå AIK of the Swedish Elite League, and with Düsseldorf EG since 2020. He has 139 NHL games, and 294 American Hockey League games under his belt. Stephen MacAulay (Cole Harbour) and Marc Zanetti (Richmond Hill) also play for Düsseldorf EG

The Mob Museum, officially known as the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, is located in downtown Las Vegas. It open in 2012. 2346 - Iwate, Iwate, Japan

Keita is a junior high science teacher in Iwate  岩手町. He sent me a photo of the Tokyo Sky Tower during a fireworks display. The Tokyo Sky Tower is a broadcasting and observation tower in Simide, a special ward in the Tokyo Metropolis. It became the tallest structure in Japan in 2010. In 2011, when it was completed at a height of 634 meters, it became the tallest tower in the world, and the second tallest structure in the world, after Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE.
